Warzone 2 Season 3 Reloaded early patch notes

Warzone 2 Season 3 Reloaded will be a major battle royale update, including the Warzone 2 Ranked Play beta, new weapons , cinematographer Kevin Durant, and more.

The developers have officially confirmed that the Warzone 2 Season 3 Reloaded update will arrive on  Wednesday, May 10, 2023  .

The Season 3 Battle Pass timer shown in-game expires on June 14th, and the Reboot update always drops somewhere halfway through. Major CoD updates like these always come out on a Wednesday, so May 10 is considered the confirmed release date.

Every big update brings a plethora of new weapons and Warzone 2 Season 3 Reloaded is no exception, offering  FTAC Siege  and  GS Magna . Both secondary weapons are fully automatic pistols, so they are expected to be viable in Warzone 2.

The Season 3 blog describes the Siege as a “highly customizable submachine gun with a high rate of fire” while the GS Magna is “a large caliber pistol modified for full auto to knock enemies back when they get too close.

To unlock FTAC Siege, players can get 50 handgun kills on operatives. Meanwhile, to unlock the GS Magna, you need to get 30 Operator headshot kills using the .50 GS.

With the Season 3 Reloaded update, three new features will be coming to Warzone 2. Players will soon be able to find  Perk Packs  in Supply Crates and Buy Stations. This will be a valuable addition for players who haven’t triggered their unload yet.

Further,  expandable buy points  will help players stock up on valuable tools without having to travel to traditional buy points.

Meanwhile, the Gulag Entry Kit will give Warzone 2 players another shot at fighting in the Gulag after fighting their way out of it once.

The developers have confirmed that the Warzone 2 Ranked Beta is launching at the start of Season 3 Reboot on May 10th.

This Warzone 2 mode will feature “competitive customization, a progressive rank system, a visual skill system, and seasonal rewards.”

Players will start with Bronze at the start of Season 3 Reboot and will attempt to progress through the following ranks:

  • Bronze: 0–899 SR
  • Silver: 900–2099 SR.
  • Gold: 2,100–3,599 CP.
  • Platinum: 3600–5399 SR.
  • Diamond: 5,400–7,499 CP.
  • Raspberry: 7,500–9,999 CP
  • Prismatic: Minimum 10,000 SR
  • Top 250: 10,000+ CP

According to the developers, SR will be based on the overall performance of the match.

Warzone 2 players will get the chance to explore a mysterious new  DMZ experience  in Season 3 Reloaded called the Koschei Complex.

“Somewhere in Al-Mazra, the Koschei underground complex is brewing something that could move the entire demilitarized zone as we know it.”

As with the launch of Building 21, DMZ players will have to find the entrance to an underground bunker called the Koshchei Complex. The developers are keeping the details under wraps, but this is expected to be a major test for DMZ players in Season 3 Reloaded.

Warzone 2 players will be able to deploy to Al Masra and Ashika Island as Kevin Durant after the Season 3 Reboot update.
