The SVA 545 bears similarities to the AN-94 from Call Of Duty: Black Ops, especially with its hyperburst feature. Each time the trigger is pulled, two shots are fired at an unusually high rate of fire, allowing for rapid destruction of the enemy.

To unlock SVA 545 in MW3, you need to reach player level 4 by gaining enough game experience. This is a surprisingly simple step that won’t take you much time. Just make sure you play in multiplayer or Zombies mode and don’t neglect the daily and weekly challenges.
