Modern Warfare 3: Best FJX Horus Loadout for Warzone
Call of Duty veterans are probably familiar with the MP9 submachine gun. Warzone brings back deadly melee weapons , and they’re just as powerful as you remember. Sledgehammer Games has redesigned the weapon, renaming it the FJX Horus, and giving the newly minted SMG best-in-class melee damage and mobility.
In Season 3, you must complete Sector 8 in the Battle Pass. To unlock the FJX Horus , the fastest route from the start is straight down the left side through sectors 3 and 5
- Barrel: SYN9 Long Barrel
- Muzzle: ZEHMN35 Compensated Flash Hider
- Stock: Modus 30 Stock
- Magazine: 48 Round Mag
- Optic: Slate Reflector
Long barrel SYN9 to improve bullet speed and range, reduce sway while moving and aim stability when shooting. We paired it with the ZEHMN35 Compensated Flash Hider to further control vertical and horizontal recoil. Modus 30 stock to balance movement, increasing ADS, sprinting and movement speed. 48 Round Mag and Slate Reflector will allow you to prevent running out of bullets and provide a clear view to easily spot enemies.
Perks and equipment
The Mountaineer perk will allow you to jump from higher places, combined with Double Time to greatly increase your mobility. Tempered is a game changer as this perk allows you to gain full armor with two plates instead of three, as well as High Alert to let you know if an enemy has spotted you.
When it comes to gear, you’ll want the classic combination of Semtex and Flash Grenade , allowing you to clear building interiors and attack opponents while they’re blind.
With this set of attachments, the FJX Horus’ kill time ranges from 610 to 670 milliseconds at up to nine meters, depending on how many shots you fire. With that in mind, we don’t think the Season 3 SMG will surpass the HRM-9, but it will still be a fun and unique new option. Pair this SMG with a long-range weapon like the SOA Subverter or MORS .
