Call of Duty: Warzone players are expressing concerns that the new Verdansk event is not working properly.

The Return to Verdansk event in Warzone kicked off on April 3 and will be the key update to Season 3 of the game. It will run until April 15, giving players the chance to participate for free and earn up to 20 rewards. Among them are six unique unlocks available for both new and experienced gamers.
The main goal of the event is to return to iconic locations of the Verdansk map, where participants will have to open 12 hidden safes to get rare rewards. The list of prizes includes loading screens, calling cards, as well as new mechanics of finishing moves and the legendary melee weapon Kali Sticks, previously introduced in Modern Warfare 2 019.

Additionally, the event includes a special challenge with an exclusive Operator skin, adding intrigue and challenge to players. However, earning this reward will require a lot of effort and skill.
Many are reporting issues accessing the event features , causing frustration among the community. Despite the general excitement for Verdansk’s return, technical issues seem to be marring the experience for some players. The developers are being asked to quickly fix these issues so that everyone can fully enjoy the event and its rewards.
