Rating: The best sniper rifles in Modern Warfare 3

If you want to kill at long range in a war zone, there is no better weapon than a sniper rifle.

5.MCPR-300

MW2’s MCPR-300  isn’t an extremely popular weapon, but it remains a powerful sniper choice in Warzone. This rifle was a favorite choice of players during the previous version of the battle royale, given its excellent performance in long-range combat.

To make this sniper rifle a one-shot kill, you need to use explosive rounds, but this will significantly reduce the bullet’s speed – to only 500 m/s. Thus, you will have to aim much more carefully and sometimes shoot ahead of the curve.

4. FJX Imperium

FJX Imperium is a legendary weapon that appeared in the original  Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 . Easy to use and with a long range.

This powerful rifle provides the perfect balance between range and mobility. Like the MCPR, this weapon also requires explosive rounds to fire once. However, ADS speed is fast enough to handle at mid-range, allowing it to easily take down unsuspecting enemies.

3.KATT-AMR

This is a weapon that does not need unnecessary modifications in order to kill with one shot. Unlike its neighbor on the list, the bullet speed reaches 1000 m/s, which makes the KATT-AMR the ultimate sniper barrel.

Although considered a slower weapon, when equipped with the right attachments this rifle becomes a powerful choice despite lacking the higher damage output to earn a higher rating.

2. XRK Stalker

After the one-shot Warzone meta was dominated by KATT-AMR,  the XRK Stalker  became the next option, capable of one-shot kills with ease, but was later surpassed by MORS.

The XRK Stalker is designed to fire one shot at a distance of up to 75m and is the perfect combination of ADS and bullet speed. Once you get used to the range, the XRK Stalker will be your number one choice.

1. MORS

Advanced Warfare’s MORS sniper rifle joined Warzone with the Season 3 update and immediately took the top spot.

Featuring the HVP Anti-Material Slug attachment, MORS can one-shot players at any range with a headshot, and it also has outstanding mobility, making it a top choice in Warzone. It hits the target accurately as the bullet velocity is excellent with almost zero drop. With good accuracy, you can easily hit enemies with one shot to the head. The rifle is especially effective on Rebirth Island, which is the only map currently in ranked play rotation.
