Warzone 2 Ranked Play Rewards Season 3 Reloaded
The Warzone 2 Ranked Play Beta will arrive with the Season 3 Reloaded update, and players will be able to earn free rewards by playing competitive modes.
The beta is launching with its own skill division and skill rating system, which is similar to the one used in Modern Warfare 2’s ranked game , but it’s not the only similar feature. Luckily, Warzone 2 Ranked Play rewards will be available starting with Season 3 Reloaded.
Warzone 2 ranked rewards are divided into three parts. The first method involves earning rewards based on your rank in Warzone 2 ranked play.
In addition, we have Elimination and Placement Rewards that will challenge players to score kills and secure wins in Warzone 2 ranked play.
To sum it up, players will also earn seasonal Skill Division rewards based on their highest placement at the end of each season.
The developers have confirmed that the rewards for ranked play in Warzone 2 are completely different from the rewards available in Modern Warfare 2 ranked play.
Here are the Warzone 2 Ranked Play rewards available based on your rank as we know it at the moment:
- Rank 5: Vehicle Skin
- Rank 30: Win Tracker Gunscreen
- Rank 50 Veteran Operator Ranked Skin
The developers have confirmed that players will receive rewards every five ranks, which means that there are many more rewards to unlock and we will provide a full list after the launch of Ranked Play on May 10th.
Fans of ranked Warzone 2 will climb the ranks by playing competitive mode. Ranks are a separate metric from SR or Skill Divisions.
Players will move up the leaderboard by earning stars for completing Warzone 2 ranked matches.
You can earn a maximum of 3 stars per match:
- Top 25: 1 star
- Top 10: 2 stars
- 1st place: 3 stars
Warzone 2 ranked game fans will have the opportunity to earn rewards by completing placement and elimination missions.
As of now, we know that the Elimination Challenge reward consists of “Awesome camo that can be used on any weapon”, and the Placement Challenge rewards players with the Chimera Pro Issue weapon blueprint and Crown Charm as shown in the image higher.
These challenges consist of exactly what you’d expect, as players will unlock rewards based on kills and assists earned, as well as their placement in matches.
Unfortunately, Warzone 2 Ranked Play will not feature Seasonal Skill Division Rewards until Season 4 .
The developers explained that a mid-season launch is not ideal for introducing Skill Division seasonal rewards, as players are focused on using the short period to maximize their starting Division in Season 4: “Due to the shortened season, we want players to use Season 03 Reboot to fight for a place in the division in season 04″.
They went on to confirm that Skill Division seasonal rewards will debut in Season 4, including emblems, mascots, and more.
