Here are a couple of tips to help you level up quickly in Modern Warfare 2 Season 1 Reloaded.
The best way to quickly increase the rank of Modern Warfare 2
Use double experience tokens
Double the amount of normal experience is always a great way to quickly gain a rank. Completing the Modern Warfare 2 campaign gives you three hours of double XP and three hours of double weapon XP.
Players who pre-order the Vault Edition are eligible for ten hours of Double XP Tokens and Double Weapon XP if they purchased it from the CoD Store. In addition, CDL View Rewards also grant Double XP Tokens. The bad news is that the Double XP Tokens you earn in Warzone 2 do not carry over to Modern Warfare 2.
Play during Double XP events
If you run out of Tokens, fear not, as Activision will be hosting regular Double XP events year-round, and there’s now one for the new update running from December 14 to 19 across all platforms.
We’ll be sure to let you know when the next one starts. You won’t have to do anything on your own other than to log in and play through the many Modern Warfare 2 games to maximize the experience during the Double XP event.
Play goal-based game modes
Team objective modes are probably more ideal than game modes that require more of a human, since even if you’re not the best Call of Duty player in the world, you can still get XP for your efforts.
We recommend passive playlist options like Hardpoint, Headquarters, and Domination as they are great ways to earn XP as a team.
Complete tasks
From newbie challenges that require a first kill streak to more challenging challenges like 30 kills in a single game for a nuke , Modern Warfare 2 has a range of challenges for you to complete.
By focusing on these challenges, you’ll earn tons of experience so you can level up quickly, so we recommend making time for them.
Revive fallen comrades
In any game mode you play in which you can revive a downed teammate, you should actively aim for it for two reasons. Firstly, that’s right, and secondly, reviving them raises them, reviving them gives you more allies, more allies increases your chances of winning, and winning earns you more experience.
Also, reviving someone also earns you XP.
Murder confirmed, tokens and decoys
Another sneaky tactic you can use is the Kill and Lure Confirmed method, which allows you to accumulate insane experience even for playing poorly.
Just keep spreading decoys in the heavy fighting areas of the map and you will gain experience from enemy players shooting at them. Also, focus all your energy on collecting tokens from fallen enemy players.

To level up a weapon, you need a long match with lots of enemies to hunt down and kill, and Ground War fits all of those requirements.
The big maps are littered with lots of enemy soldiers, and you can also earn passive XP for holding targets, all the while capturing and defending them in the process.

A huge benefit of playing Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 on PlayStation is that players who team up can get 25% bonus weapon experience just for playing the game together.

Complete operator tasks
Most Modern Warfare 2 operators have individual objectives, such as advancing through campaign missions or getting a certain number of kills during a match.
Don’t get too attached to your operatives, as you should max them out, suck all the experience you can out of them, and then move on to the next one.
