World Series of Warzone 2023 Tournament
WSOW has attracted a large number of Call of Duty’s biggest players, including content creators such as Swagg, and former professional players such as Scump.
This year the tournament once again brought together the best players from all over the world to compete with each other for a huge prize pool.
World Series of Warzone 2023, which is an official tournament, is streamed live on the official Call of Duty Twitch channel .
The 2023 World Series of Warzone tournament begins with the trio competing in an in-game open tournament where their scores are determined based on their top 10 highest scoring matches using the WSOW scoring system.
During this event, certain rules apply, such as limiting the use of vehicles with turrets and prohibiting in-game events such as the sale, jailbreak, and champion quest contract.
The top 50 trios from each region will advance to the WSOW Stage 1 qualifiers. Of these, 25 trios will advance to the regional finals. Additionally, Activision is directly inviting 25 teams to compete in the Stage 1 Regional Finals.
Starting with Stage 1, the 2023 WSOW kicked off on April 28, 2023, with the In-Game Open ending later in July.
Although the qualifiers were delayed due to server issues, they were eventually held on May 31, with the finals taking place on June 7 in North America and June 8 in Europe.
Following the completion of the finals, players had a golden opportunity to qualify for the official Last Chance Qualifiers. These decisive chances to secure a place were from June to the end of July.
Finally, following the Last Chance Qualifiers, all qualified players from various regions will fly to London on September 16th to compete in the 2023 WSOW Global Finals , Warzone’s first official LAN tournament.
On September 7, the Call of Duty Esports X (formerly Twitter) account announced that WSOW Global Final viewers would be able to win one of 50,000 early access codes to the MW3 beta.
To have a chance to receive the MW3 beta code, viewers must tune in to the WSOW stream for at least 60 minutes on YouTube or Twitch when it becomes available on September 16th.
MW3 Early Access beta codes will be distributed at random intervals during the broadcast, and if you are lucky enough to receive one, the early access beta code will be sent to your linked Activision account email address.
The World Series of Warzone 2023 Global Finals will bring together the top 50 trios from various regions to compete in a head-to-head (LAN) tournament in London on September 16th for $600,000, including a $100,000 Solo YOLO tournament.
Bringing the world’s best players to London’s Copper Box Arena, tickets sold out just three days after they became available to the public.
