Todos los modos de juego en Modern Warfare 2 Season 1 Reloaded: Bounty, Cyber Attack & Control

The Modern Warfare 2 Season 1 Reloaded update  brought the new Chimera assault rifle and a new version of the Shipment to the game.

The major update was also speculated to add several new game modes along with the set of Modern Warfare 2 modes that were available at launch. Unfortunately, players will have to wait a bit for the game modes that were supposed to arrive with Season 1 Reloaded.

Modern Warfare 2 features 6v6 main maps and 32v32 battle maps, each with their own game modes. Here are all the game modes and the corresponding number of players available in Modern Warfare 2:

32 to 32

  • ground war
  • ground war invasion

Ground War  Invasion  is a brand new 32v32 mode that follows the same rules as Team Deathmatch, but is played on Ground War maps and AI.

Vehicles are available in this mode and each team will start a fight with AI fighters. Elimination of players will earn team points and the first team to reach 2000 points will win the match.

Meanwhile, the traditional  Ground War mode  will feature two teams of 32 that will “pit against each other to capture an odd number of objectives on a large map.” Call of Duty fans can think of it as a large scale version of Domination and the first team to reach 250 points will win the match.

  • Free-for-All
  • Team Deathmatch
  • Domination
  • Hardpoint
  • Headquarters
  • Knock Out
  • Prisoner Rescue
  • Search & Destroy
  • Kill Confirmed
  • Control (coming soon)
  • Cyber attack (coming soon)
  • Bounty (coming soon)

The 6v6 modes include classics most Call of Duty players are familiar with, including  Free-for-All  ,  Team Deathmatch  ,  Domination  ,  Hardpoint  ,  Headquarters  ,  Kill Confirmed Control  , and the iconic  Search & Destroy  .

Of course, developers are always looking to innovate, and that’s exactly why they’ve added  Knock Out  and  Prisoner Rescue  .

Knock Out  is a round-based mode where two teams battle it out “over the cash bag” in the center of the map. The player with the bag will appear on the map, leaving it open. Holding the bag for 60 seconds or destroying the entire enemy team will win the round. There are no respawns in Knock Out, but team respawns are included.

Prisoner Rescue  is also a round based mode with no respawn and no respawn. In this mode, two teams fight to escort and protect the hostages. The attacking team will try to infiltrate the enemy territory, take two hostages and bring them back to the extraction point in order to get 100 points.

Teams will also receive points for protecting their hostages and preventing evacuation, as well as taking out the enemy team. The first team to reach 500 points wins the match.

Season 1: Reboot will add  Cyber Attack  ,  Control ,  and  Bounty  . Previously, control was available in private matches, and a mode in which players capture zones will soon be available in public matches.

Although the Season One Reboot update arrived on December 14, there were no new game modes anywhere. Players can expect these three modes to arrive sometime before Modern Warfare Season 2.
