Serious server issues in Warzone 2 and Modern Warfare 2

One of the main issues that many seem to be having is the constant lag in both Warzone 2 and Modern Warfare 2 . For several weeks now, players have had to deal with server issues that have been interfering with their Call of Duty experience.

Thankfully, the developers finally broke their silence by resolving the issue on Thursday, April 20th.

Thankfully, the developers are working on resolving server issues in Warzone 2 and Modern Warfare 2 after stating that they are “looking into reports of server-related gameplay issues and are actively working to resolve them.”

Since the Season 3 update, numerous clips have been submitted to the Modern Warfare 2 and Warzone 2 subreddit of players experiencing a baffling glitch that often ruins a firefight or critical moment.

Players were delighted to hear that the developers had finally acknowledged the problem, with one saying “Call of Duty finally admitting that their game has a major problem?”

While players will have their own opinion on the response delay, the fact that server issues are being addressed should lead to better gameplay in both Warzone 2 and Modern Warfare 2.

One player in the replies cited the server as the biggest problem with Warzone 2: “Finally! Thanks for acknowledging this issue (probably the biggest one for Warzone 2 in Season 3). You can have the best game in the world, but if the servers are down, everyone will be disappointed and leave.”
