Plunder Returns: Challenges and Loot Rewards in Warzone 2 Season 3

Loot is finally back in Warzone 2 Season 3

With endless respawns and pre-selected gear, Plunder was the perfect place for Warzone players to warm up, level up their weapons, and have some stress-free fun. While Warzone 2 players were disappointed by the lack of a mode at launch, it finally arrived in Season 3.

In-game events are making a comeback in Plunder, shaking up gameplay for a couple of minutes and offering rewards to those who take advantage of them. While one remains edited for now, here are the new events coming to Plunder in Warzone 2 Season 3:

  • Blood money.  Not just a robbery option! Double money is earned by destroying and looting Operators during the Blood Money event.
  • Heat. Blacksites and Strongholds pay out five times the regular reward. Hot weapon !
  • Contractor  . All contracts bring double cash reward for a short time.
  • Money siphon. ATMs on the card pour out an endless supply of cash. Get it until it’s fixed!
  • Choking grip. Is the match delayed? The Choke Hold event triggers a gas circle in some long matches.

The developers have also confirmed that multiple events can occur in a single match. We’ll be sure to let you know as soon as we know what the remaining event is.

Warzone 2 buy stations have received a few new items to help players with loot, and thanks to the developers   here are each of the new additions:

  • Discount card.  Save more with the official Bank of Adal Quickscope card, now with 10% cashback on any purchase! No application or Ranked Skill Division credit required, just a small entry fee.
  • Life insurance.  Leave a legacy…until you are reborn. Save 50% of your cash on elimination by purchasing life insurance for a small cash fee.
  • Angel Investor. For a small cash advance, you can get a top secret contract with an increased payout ratio for any challenge it represents, in addition to a free UAV.

The developers of Warzone 2 are celebrating the return of Plunder by adding challenges and rewards for those who jump into the fan-favorite mode.

There are nine rewards at launch, including “Vehicle Camouflage, Calling Cards, and More”, each unlocked upon completion of a challenge. The developers confirmed, “These challenges include winning loot matches, taking out AI combatants or enemy operatives, or just playing the game.”

Yes, Plunder will also include the infamous AI fighters that are likely to roam around the Black Sites and Al Mazra fortresses.
