Operators, weapons and sets from Modern Warfare 2 will be carried over to Call of Duty 2023
Call of Duty 2023 leaks are pouring out of nowhere as more new information emerges every day. While it hasn’t been confirmed, there are rumors that the next premium version of Call of Duty will be called Modern Warfare 3.
Leaks have already revealed details about the new Gear Perk system, the return of Ninja, and red dots on the minimap, but a Modern Warfare 3 weapon leak has raised a new question.
It looks like your operators, weapons , and kits from Modern Warfare 2 will be carrying over to Call of Duty 2023 , also known as Modern Warfare 3. This was pretty much confirmed when Call of Duty posted a poll on Twitter asking “Should operators, Do MWII weapons and sets carry over to Call of Duty 2023?” The answers that players could choose were very telling as the only options were “yes” and “yes, when will the reveal be?”
So, it looks like Modern Warfare 2’s operators, weapons, and player kits will be carried over to Modern Warfare 3 when it’s released. Warzone will also likely continue in Modern Warfare 3, so the same goes for battle royale when it comes to your cosmetics and weapons.
Rumor has it that Modern Warfare 3 will be unveiled in August, and Sledgehammer Games has pretty much confirmed they’ll be the game’s developers after a poll retweet.
Call of Duty 2023 is due to be revealed in August during MW2 and Warzone Season 5, so stay tuned for all the updates and information.
