New bug in Warzone: The Haunting
Taking down the Butcher will net you rewards in both Call of Duty and Diablo, but some players have discovered a crazy boss trick that allows them to get easy wins by staying in the Butcher’s realm “the entire game.”
To fight the Butcher, you need to teleport to a realm far away from Al Mazra, which many call “hell.” Once you kill the boss, you will be teleported back to Al Mazra. However, content creator Repullze discovered that by not killing the Butcher and remaining in Hell, you can actually survive players dying from the storm in Al Mazra and win the game.
You take ZERO storm damage while in the Butcher’s realm, so as long as you don’t kill the boss, you can stay there for the entire game until every other player in Al Mazra dies.
This exploit essentially gives players free wins since all they have to do is survive rather than kill the Butcher. The developers will likely fix this exploit soon as it is clearly unfair to those stuck in the Al Mazra zone.
