Modern Warfare 3: Warhammer 40K Event
Activision and Sledgehammer continue to add new special events to MW3 and Warzone , and the next major gaming crossover will be Warhammer 40K . It will begin immediately after the end of the Dune: Rule of Fate event , which was confirmed by the developers in the blog for the updated patch for this season.
The Warhammer 40K: For the Emperor event took place on Wednesday, March 13th in Modern Warfare 3 and Warzone.
The event will run until Wednesday, March 27th , making it one of the longest crossovers we’ve ever seen, as players will have two weeks to earn all the rewards.
Any experience you earn during this MW3 event will unlock Warhammer 40K themed rewards in the Warhammer 40K: For The Emperor reward track. This can be tracked in the “Start” menu in the “Challenges” and “Events” sections.” In total, you can receive 12 rewards for this event. The final reward is a blueprint for the Righteous Storm weapon for the WSP-9.

To speed up your progress, you can equip any of the Ultramarines or Blood Angels operators to gain extra experience in each match .
However, they can only be unlocked by purchasing the Warhammer 40,000 Space Marines pack.
We don’t yet know what will replace the Warhammer 40K: For the Emperor event , an announcement will likely be made in the next few weeks.
