Modern Warfare 3: Season 2 – release date and much more.
Season 2 of Modern Warfare 3 will release on February 7, 2024 at 9am ET/12pm ET/5pm GMT . This was confirmed by the Call of Duty developers on the official X account.
Season 2, as always, will include a Battle Pass , which will be accompanied by a variety of new weapons . There will also likely be at least two or three new maps throughout the season , as well as new operators, new cosmetic items like camos and skins , and a whole slew of weekly challenges .
After several leaks hinting at the possibility of a Call of Duty and The Walking Dead crossover, Call of Duty has now confirmed that MW3 and Warzone will be adding Rick Grimes and Michonne as Operator in Season 2.
Modern Warfare Zombies will feature new content, with a new story act and new Wonder Weapons as potential additions. Additional missions and tasks may also be included.
Warzone is also getting a big update. The Fortune’s Keep map is set to return for the game’s Resurgence mode in Season 2 and has been a big hit with fans.
Thanks to the MW3 Season 2 teaser, we know that the game will feature three new 6v6 maps. In addition, players will have access to a new War Mode.

It is currently unknown when these cards will appear, but it is likely that they will only appear in MW3 with a mid-season update.
