Modern Warfare 3: Season 1 Reloaded
Modern Warfare 3 : Season 1 Reboot will release on Wednesday, January 17, 2024. We know this thanks to the current Season 1 Battle Pass, which has a “Secret” sector, the contents of which will be available on this date.
In the first season of Reboot, there will be a return to the Ranked Game . Competitive play will return to Call of Duty with the release of Season 1 Reloaded for Modern Warfare 3, marking the debut of the Modern Warfare 3 rating system.
MW3 Season 1 Reloaded will add two new weapons to further expand the list of weapons in the game, including the HRM-9 Submachine Gun and the TAQ Evolvere LMG.
Season 1 Reloaded introduces a new 6v6 map called Rio , set in an “upscale shopping mall” in Rio de Janeiro. This small to medium sized map shows both the mall and outside streets, as well as the walkway and top of the parking garage.
Three new modes will appear in MW3 Season 1 Reloaded:
Infected
The classic fan favorite Infected will return in MW3. In this mode, one random player can appear as the infected. These players will have to eliminate other uninfected players. Uninfected players will be able to use standard equipment for protection.
Headquarters
Additionally, another favorite mode, Headquarters , returns to MW3 . In this mode, players will have to hold and protect the selected location for as long as possible. The defending HQ team will have their revival disabled.
As with other challenge modes, HQ locations will slowly rotate around the map throughout the match.
Team Gunfight
Team Deathmatch is a “version of 6v6 firefight” but can be played on “standard multiplayer maps.” All players will receive the same random equipment at the start of each round. This equipment changes throughout the match. The first team to reach the elimination goal wins.
