Modern Warfare 3: Kar98k returns to Warzone.

Warzone has gone through many different changes over the years, from its first appearance in 2020 to its current form in Warzone 3. In the three years of Warzone’s existence, there has been no weapon more beloved than the Kar98k, the godfather of sniper rifles.

 Kar98k will return to Warzone in Season 4.  This was confirmed by the marketing campaign for the fourth season of Call of Duty, in which several players received a package with a toy that included key clues: a car, a scratch game with the letter K, the subtitle “Bolt to Action” and the number 98. All of these marketing hints together form the word  Kar98k Bolt Action  , which replaces the C in the word “car” with another K.

Previously, data miners found references to classic weapons following the Season 3 update, and some players were hoping that the fan-favorite weapon would appear alongside the return of Rebirth Island.

However, just one season later, players’ wishes are about to come true as the iconic weapon returns to the game. Although it is classified as a bolt-action weapon, it remains unclear whether the MW3 and Kar98k from Warzone will be added as a sniper rifle like in Vanguard or a marksman rifle like in MW 2019.

More details are likely to emerge in the coming days leading up to the launch of Season 4.
