Modern Warfare 3: Best Lachmann Sub Loadout
The Lachmann Sub was extremely powerful even when it was first introduced to COD in Modern Warfare 2 , and not much has changed since then. There is stiff competition in the SMG MW3 class, but the Lachmann Sub still stands out for its good combination of excellent time to kill and high mobility.
Equipping your Lachhmann Sub with meta attachments will greatly help increase the weapon’s damage, recoil control, and ADS speed. As a result, you improve the TTK of your submachine gun, which allows you to defeat your opponents with ease.
- Barrel: EXF Huntress-90
- Barrel: L38 Falcon 226 mm
- Laser: VLK LZR 7 MW
- Stock: LM Stockless Mod
- Magazine: 40 rounds
Barrel: EXF Huntress-90
The EXF Huntress-90 is the best muffler you can install on a Lachhmann Sub for this build. A suppressor is a very useful item, and the Huntress has the added benefit of significantly increasing range and bullet speed.
Remember that increasing range does more than just turn melee weapons into mid-range weapons. This also allows you to deal the highest possible damage as consistently as possible.
Barrel: L38 Falcon 226 mm
The 226mm L38 Falcon is a risky choice because recoil becomes quite difficult to control. But with a little practice you can overcome the recoil, and the extra movement speed and ADS speed make you much faster on your feet. If you find the recoil to be too much, we would recommend adding a Merc Foregrip or VX Pineapple Foregrip instead .
Laser: VLK LZR 7 MW
Your playstyle with this Lachhmann Sub should be so fast that you can afford to add a 7MW VLK LZR . This laser is visible when aiming down the sights, but you get a huge boost to ADS and sprint speed. Especially in combination with…
Stock: LM Stockless Mod
The LM Stockless mod is a key addition to this loadout. Obviously, running without a stock means the Lachhmann Sub will kick like a mule, but practice will allow you to control it independently at ranges where it matters. The phenomenal increase in movement speed, ADS, sprint-to-shoot speed, and hip recoil control makes it worth the effort because you’ll be as fast as you can get with an SMG in Modern Warfare 3 .
Magazine: 40 Mag rounds
Finally, we opted for a 40-round magazine attachment to ensure you have enough ammo to finish off your opponent before reloading. The reload time of the Lachhmann Sub is not the best, and the movement speed with such equipment is more than enough to make the weapon a little heavier with an extended magazine.
Perks:
Overkill is a good choice for any MP5 build as it allows you to equip a longer ranged weapon in the secondary slot. Having the Infantry Vest also allows you to reload your weapon while running.
Marksman Gloves and Stalker Boots for greater stability and increased ADS speed. We also fully endorse using Ghost T/V camos while you’re zipping around the map, as they’ll keep you out of enemy sight as much as possible.
While your lethal and tactical loadout is more a matter of personal preference, we recommend sticking with the Frag Grenade and Battle Fury so you can clear out swarms of enemies without warning while still staying alive and on the move.
