Modern Warfare 2, season 6
According to the Call of Duty team, the Modern Warfare 2 Season 6 update will release on Wednesday, September 27, 2023.
The in-game timer for the Season 5 Battle Pass also ends on this date, indicating the start of a new season.
Call of Duty has changed a lot since it became a historical and somewhat realistic military shooter. As the series progressed, it became more and more outlandish, but it only became more popular. Things like zombies, robots, space warfare, and more didn’t put players off.
On September 20, 2023, the Call of Duty team went to X to reveal key art for Modern Warfare 2 Season 6, which included Todd McFarlane’s character Spawn . At the moment, very little is known about the upcoming crossover, but previous leaks have indicated that Spawn Operator will appear in MW2 Season 6.
While official information about Modern Warfare 2 Season 6 is sparse, leaks following the Season 5 Reloaded update revealed a group of crossover operators and a familiar face that could be returning.
On August 30, data mining group Task Force Leakers shared leaks, including several hidden references to various iconic characters, suggesting the potential emergence of new licensed operators.

- Captain Price (Call of Duty 2)
Spawn will be available in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 and Call of Duty: Warzone this season. With Halloween approaching, it’s likely that we’ll be seeing some more spooky characters this season. Season 6 is expected to be the final season of Modern Warfare 2 , as Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 will release on November 10th.
