Massive Resurgence Returns to Warzone 2
The new update also introduced a new Massive Resurgence mode to the game, which brings the popular mode to Al Mazra, rather than the smaller island of Asika.
In Warzone 2’s Massive Resurgence, the map is scaled down as the gas has already marked out an area that players can land on. This allows for more dynamic games and more battles as players are forced to be in a smaller area of Al Mazra.
When entering Massive Resurgence matches, players noticed a bug with the zone, as it forced players into the gas instead of the safe zone, leaving them to die before the game even started.
The developers have responded to the issue by announcing the mode’s removal from the game on April 18 while they investigate the issue .
In an announcement made on April 18, 2023, Infinity Ward stated that they have “disabled Massive Resurgence mode in Warzone 2.0 while [they] investigate the circle misbehavior issue.”
The developers then quickly set about fixing the issue as they announced later that day that the mode was returning. After a quick resolution, Massive Resurgence is now active in Warzone 2 .
Players can now enjoy the new Season 3 offer and compete in Massive Resurgence Warzone 2 matches.
