Kastov 545: A “low recoil” replacement for the weakened Lachmann-556.
One of the most affected weapons was the Lachmann-556, which has become a favorite assault rifle for many players. Due to his damage nerf in almost all scenarios, fans have been wondering which AR to use instead of him.
Luckily, combat expert WhosImmortal has uncovered a covert proliferation that he believes will take the Lachmann-556 crown.
In his July 27 video, the YouTuber explained that the Kastov 545 is a “great replacement” that he would recommend for Season 4 Reboot, mainly because it’s just as easy to use as the Lachmann-556.
He explained that despite the Kastov 545’s 0.4% pick on WZ Ranked, it is an “ultra low recoil” rifle that can “roast” opponents in the right hands. While he warned that the damage might not be as high as other assault rifles, the ability to hit consistently thanks to the light recoil pattern makes it the best option.

WhosImmortal launched its best-equipped Kastov 545 Warzone 2 with a 406mm IG-K30 barrel and Harbinger D20 muzzle , both of which increase range and bullet speed to make the assault rifle a threat at long range.
He also opted for 60-round magazines , so that players could fight full squads before having to reload loaded with 5.45 High Velocity rounds in order to ensure every shot hits its intended target.
Finally, he opted for an Aim OP-V4 optic to provide extra magnification without cluttering the entire screen. However, this can be changed to any scope you prefer.
WhosImmortal thinks that with this setup, the Kastov 545 has what it takes to be a real contender in Warzone 2.
