Inflatable Decoy (inflatable bait) is a tricky trick in Modern Warfare 2, a trap for a sniper.

While playing  Modern Warfare 2  , you’ll find a variety of powerful weapons to suit different combat situations: SMGs are perfect for close combat, while sniper rifles excel at long range.

However, it can be extremely difficult to maneuver around the map when an enemy is trying to kill you with a sniper rifle. Luckily, there is a simple tactic to get around this problem.

How to counter Modern Warfare 2 snipers with inflatable traps

This trick involves  using the Inflatable Lure Field Mod to distract the sniper before taking out your opponent  .

When activated, the Inflatable Lure Field Mod deploys a fake soldier that draws the attention of your enemy, allowing you to quickly get distracted. This tactic has received praise from players, with one commenter stating, “I can’t believe I never thought about it.”

Another player added: “Despite all the problems with this game, some of the new hardware is amazing. He does a lot of wrong things, but my God, he does a lot of things right.” So, this trick is worth trying when you are playing Warzone 2.

This isn’t the only time Modern Warfare 2 players have found a way to use this field mod creatively, as other tactics include deploying an inflatable decoy under an enemy to destroy them.
