How to take part in the World Series of Warzone 2023 tournament with a prize pool of $1,200,000

Stage 1 of World Series of Warzone 2023 will begin on  April 28 at 10:00 AM PT / 1:00 PM ET / 5:00 PM GMT  with an in-game opening and will conclude in  July  . This was confirmed by the developers in an official communication dated April 6, 2023.

When the event kicks off, the trio will gather at Al Masra to battle each other for a whopping $1.2 million prize pool  The qualifiers will take place later  in May  and the WSOW Stage 1 Finals will take place at the end of the same month.

The second round of the WSOW   is scheduled for  June and July,  with the Last Chance qualifiers taking place at the end of  July  . The global final of the World Series of Warzone 2023 event is scheduled for September 2023.

Players can take part in the WSOW Stage 1 In-Game Open by registering on  the official website  of the competition . Just go there, select your region and enter your details and you can participate.

The playlist opens  April 28 at 10:00 AM PT / 1:00 PM ET / 5:00 PM GMT  and runs through  April 30 at 2:00 PM PT / 5:00 PM ET / 9:00 PM GMT  . However, only matches at the following times will contribute to your WSOW In-Game Open score:

  • Friday, April 28:  10:00 am – 2:00 pm PT / 1:00 pm ET / 5:00 pm PT
  • Saturday, April 29:  10:00 am – 2:00 pm PT / 1:00 pm ET / 5:00 pm PT
  • Sunday, April 30:  10:00 am – 2:00 pm PT / 1:00 pm ET / 5:00 pm PT

At the end of the in-game tournament, the top 50 trios will move on to the qualifying tournaments, which will take place in May. The same rules and restrictions will apply, so this is the perfect way to get used to competitive conditions while trying to earn a spot in Qualifier 1.

In the World Series of Warzone 2023 event, all trios will first   go through an in-game opening where their score will be determined by their  top 10 matches  in the WSOW scoring system.

In this case, the rules prohibit vehicles with turrets, as well as a heavy helicopter, new in Season 3. There will also be no in-match events such as sales, jailbreaks, or the search for a champion.

The top 50 trios for each region will qualify to qualify for WSOW Stage 1. From there, 25 participants will advance to the Regional Finals. Activision will also field 25 teams to Stage 1 of the Regional Finals.

Only 25 teams from the Stage 1 Regional Finals will qualify for the Regional Finals, while the rest will be sent to the Stage 2 Qualifiers. 20 trios from North America, 20 trios from the EU and teams from other countries will compete in the global final in September to win a $600,000 prize.
