At the end of the in-game tournament, the top 50 trios will move on to the qualifying tournaments, which will take place in May. The same rules and restrictions will apply, so this is the perfect way to get used to competitive conditions while trying to earn a spot in Qualifier 1.
In the World Series of Warzone 2023 event, all trios will first go through an in-game opening where their score will be determined by their top 10 matches in the WSOW scoring system.
In this case, the rules prohibit vehicles with turrets, as well as a heavy helicopter, new in Season 3. There will also be no in-match events such as sales, jailbreaks, or the search for a champion.
The top 50 trios for each region will qualify to qualify for WSOW Stage 1. From there, 25 participants will advance to the Regional Finals. Activision will also field 25 teams to Stage 1 of the Regional Finals.
Only 25 teams from the Stage 1 Regional Finals will qualify for the Regional Finals, while the rest will be sent to the Stage 2 Qualifiers. 20 trios from North America, 20 trios from the EU and teams from other countries will compete in the global final in September to win a $600,000 prize.
