Black Ops 6: Release date and more.

The release of Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 is scheduled for October 25 this year. The game will be released on platforms such as PC, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.

Activision has announced the Black Ops 6  beta date  . If the comments are to be believed, this  will be the first time that the Call of Duty series  will conduct a beta test on all platforms simultaneously – previously there was usually a short exclusive period for PlayStation.

The Black Ops 6 open beta   is split into two parts:

  • From August 30 to September 4 – early access for those who pre-ordered the game.
  • From September 6 to 9 – public testing for everyone.
  • The beta is running simultaneously on all platforms (Game Pass subscribers will also get early access).

In the beta, you will be able to try competitive multiplayer and one of the key gameplay features of  Black Ops 6  – the Omnimovement movement system, which allows you to dive, run and roll in any direction. In addition, users will be given several new base maps, various modes, as well as varieties of weapons, equipment and perks.

CAMPAIGN

While the Gulf War is the focus of the world’s attention, a dark underground force has infiltrated the highest levels of the CIA, branding all who resist as traitors. Banished from their agency and the country that once hailed them as heroes, Black Ops veteran Frank Woods and his team find themselves hunted by the war machine that created them.

MULTIPLAYER MODE

In Black Ops 6 multiplayer, players will test their skills on 16 new maps, including 12 6v6 base maps and 4 Strike maps, which can be played 2v2 or 6v6. Additionally, players will see the return of the more traditional prestige system. bigger and more rewarding than ever.

ZOMBIE

Black Ops 6 also marks the return of round-based Zombies mode, a fan-favorite mode that will see players slaying hordes of the undead across two all-new maps at launch. Once launched, players can look forward to even more exciting maps.

The community has already criticized Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 for the huge amount of memory required to install the game. Players need to reserve 309.85GB of free space on their drive, which is prohibitive considering many are using a 512GB SSD, and some are even playing on the Xbox Series S, which has even less storage available.
