Black Ops 6 beta: How to play the beta.

August 30: Early Access is scheduled to begin at 10:00 AM ET for pre-orders on all platforms (console and PC) and Game Pass subscribers. The first weekend is scheduled to end on September 4 at 10:00 AM ET.

The open beta, available to all players, will then begin  on September 6  and  end on September 9  at  10:00 AM PT / 1:00 PM ET / 6:00 PM BST .

You’ll need to download it from the store on your platform of choice. If you have Call of Duty HQ installed, the beta will download automatically.

You can get early access to the Black Ops 6 beta by pre-ordering any version of the game or becoming an Xbox Game Pass subscriber. If you pre-order, you’ll be sent a code to download the beta before it launches.

As for Game Pass,  the CoD blog  says that Xbox Game Pass Ultimate and PC Game Pass subscribers get early access with no additional requirements. In the case of Game Pass Console, the game “may also require” a Game Pass Core subscription.

You can also get a chance to get an early access code for the Black Ops 6 beta by following your favorite content creators who may be running giveaways.

You will have the opportunity to unlock the above items by playing the beta, but there will be a level cap of 20 during the first weekend. Once the second weekend begins, players stuck at level 20 will be able to advance to level 30.

You can earn exclusive weapon blueprints, operator skins, and calling cards by participating in the open beta. All of this can be earned by simply playing, earning experience, and leveling up until you reach the max level of 30.
